Like many not for profits, a portion of our budget is raised through donations. Membership dues cover a large portion of our expenses. The rest of our operating budget comes from donors like you.

Please consider making a donation to Florida Friends of Midwives! If a large one time gift is not possible you can also make a pledge for monthly, bi-monthly or yearly support. Every little bit (or big bit) helps!

Florida Friends of Midwives is committed to keeping our administrative costs as low as possible. Donors and members can rest assured that the majority of the money you generously provide to FFOM is being used to directly help Florida’s midwives! Feel free to designate your donation for a particular need. Just let us know how you would like it to be used.

In addition to your personal support, if you want to go that "extra mile" to help us meet our fundraising goals, please consider the following options:

Throw a House Party.
Hold a book sale, bake sale or garage sale and donate the proceeds.
Host a pancake breakfast or spaghetti dinner at your church, temple or community hall.
Tell a Friend. Call five friends and/or family members and ask them for a donation

If we each do our part, we can make a big impact. No donation is too small (or too large). Every amount helps.

Florida Friends of Midwives is registered as a non-profit organization in the state of Florida. Because we plan to use funds for future lobbying we are seeking 501c4 status from the IRS, not 501c3. Therefore donations to FFOM are not tax deductible.
